Broken bathmate

So it's with deep regret that I'm having to throw my bathmate out. I just used it today and the bellows sheared as seen in the photos. Not really sure what to do, but will potentially look to get a new one soon when I've got the cash. Has this happened to anyone else?

You should ask the company about it - they might replace it...

... what photos...? and, are you sure you don't just need to clean out the dead skin in the top seal? because that happened with me and all I had to do was run some soapy water through the system once and then it was fine.

I've had the foam ring tear on my Hercules. And the hustler Hollywood store usually has 10+% off stuff during the year. That's where I got my Hydromax 9 from.

Bathmate has a 2 year warranty. Mine was torn and I send it back and they replaced it.

Fixed cracks and made my own replacement seals, beat up but still works like a champ. If your out of warranty , PM me I can give recommendations for repairs.
