Brooklyn Ny: Free Massage/advice Needed!

Hey fella's. I've somehow developed a pinch and pain btw my shouder blades.. moving my arms, and especially my shoulders causes rather a lot of pain... I have to work in a physical capacity tomorrow, and am hoping that some kind gent might want to show up and give me a bit of a rub. I'm in the Fort Greene area.

Or if anyone has experience with this kinda pain.. please send me some advice.
