Correction, I think Brother Tanner would be a case of a making a model look similar to President Nelson, I think he is just the same case as Brother Gallo who was made to look like a younger version of him, I think that is likely the case for Brother Tanner, I think since President Nelson could no longer play the part since he is gay, he decided to just makeover another model to look like him.
