I have about the same question, I fell asleep with about 6-7 hg for a couple hours and got a permanent bluish gray bruise from it, 7 months later it has not gone away and I have had to have 3 appointments with a a urologist about something else. Bladder issue. It was really embarrassing. I have looked at skin lightening creams on the net, but don't want to dive in without hearing from others first. Primarily I don't want to spend a tone of money and go to all that work only to find out they are ineffective, so what does work?

No cream or topical anything will remove bruising. Only time for the trapped blood to be absorbed into the bloodstream can remove that.

This is why several of us constantly harp on keeping pressure and time in moderation.

If you go to the pharmacy and look at the first aid section they have bruise creams. Usually the ingredients are arnica and arginine etc. It works to clear it up quickly. Use hotish water while pumping keeps me from bruising.
