He and Blake were charged today with misdemeanors stemming from Bryce's 21st b-day bash. Both face up to a year in jail (I doubt they will do time; just fines and maybe community service).

If I was the judge I’d give them a full sentence

Be contrite and apologetic on social media and avoid parties. Even if they don't give a shit and feel they were in the right from a PR point they should. Also I should be required to supervise and they both should be naked. That is all.

I think the video of Jackson explaining the situation might have been deleted. I don't remember all the details, but i'm just gonna summarize.

Basically Jackson and his roomates were throwing a party at their house. Jackson invited Bryce's ex Elle Danjean & didn't invite Bryce. At this point Bryce and Elle had recently broke up. Bryce and his friends found out about the party and decided to come uninvited. Bryce claims he didn't know Elle would be at the party, because Jackson was his friend and not hers (in his head). Bryce and Elle ignore each other for the most part and stay on opposite sides of the house. Out of the blue Bryce starts verbally attacking Elle (I'm assuming due to alcohol). Jackson asks Bryce to leave & Bryce was in shock considering they used to be best friends. Bryce assumed that Jackson would ask Elle to leave.

This is where my memory gets fuzzy. I know they start arguing and years of unresolved issues are brought up. Bryce brings up the fact that Jackson and Elle are good friends, and they used to be best friends so that's wrong. Then Jackson brings up the fact that Bryce was good friends with Jackson ex's (Aaron fuller & Dylan Geick) & around that time Bryce was hanging out with Dylan every other day. They used to work out together often and used to go on funded trips by the same sugar daddy (Michael Cohen). Then Bryce was like we don't have anything in common anymore, what are we gonna talk about nails, make up? I don't know what happens first but Jackson punched Bryce multiple times and Bryce didn't hit back. Bryce and his friends eventually leave. Bryce or one of his friends also broke the window to Jackson house. Jackson said he was going to take legal action but idk if he ever did.

They had been growing apart for a long time before this happened. Bryce had a thing with Jackson's little sister. They made out multiple times & did God knows what else. I couldn't imagine my ex bestfriend/former crush having a situationship with my little sister. There were also rumors that Dylan and Bryce did sexual things for the sugar daddys entertainment. I don't believe it tho. Their frienship was doomed prior to party
