Based on how the comments look on everything that gets posted, and how they aren't lashing out or deleting the gay comments (which as an aside are often super creepy), I'm sure they're intentionally using his body for engagement farming.

His name is Dylan Edgil. He's either 18 or 19, super young but goodness, damn beautiful! They put a vid on FB not too long ago that all the gay guys love him and some other stuff, so they definitely know it but don't seem to have a problem with it.
