What are your guys preferred methods of "filling up the tank" if it were? The most obvious are just not masturbating for a week, or masturbating for a very long time. But I have always wondered if there are foods or vitamins that stimulate semen discharge.

I think just plain healthy diet is enough.

It's sad, but it seems to me that the older you get the shorter your orgasms are. For me, the crucial factor is having a longer orgasm, not how much jizz I secrete. But then again, I'm typically without a partner. Wouldn't it be nice is somebody were to invent a pill that would allow a man to ejaculate a gallon of cum over the course of half an hour? The law of diminishing returns kicks in after about 3 days as your body reabsorbs what isn't shot out.

Ive found drinking plenty of water and edging makes a large load but it's often watery. Do you compromise amount for consistency?

Despite the fact that most doctors will disagree, age should not affect your orgasmic capability if your hormones are within a high-normal range and you have good physical health. The problem comes, especially if you have no partner, in finding new ways to build up the sexual tension other than just with a quick JO. You have to take more time setting the environment and getting in the mood. You also have more things on your mind and are not so "single-minded" that all you can think about is getting off all the time. IOW, young men are horny all the time but as we get older we are not as horny as often without having to work at it. :frown1:

I generally don't shoot much. I figured out a way to extend my orgasm to nearly 10-12 seconds from my normal 2-3. The next time you are jacking off, when you're about cum, try to hold your pc muscle open and not let it clench.

With Kegels, plenty of water, abstaining a few days (2-3) (this is hardest for me because I usually play with my dick everyday), plenty of protein, and zinc, you'll be spewing nasty gobs of cock snot ;) That works for me.
