Wow! Thanks for posting those hot pics. Your timing is great! I just finished posting a thread called "Show that VPL!" under the Underwear, Clothing" topic, and these pictures are a perfect example of what I was referring to.
Bulges are particularly easy to see in white jeans or in any kind of white pant-like garment. The second best thing is very tight, light blue button-fly Levis--preferably with a few faded areas (where the cock goes!) and maybe some almost bare patches. Needless to say, it definitely helps if the guy is going commando!
