Can't speak for other women, but if I'm not into a guy the last thing I want to see is his bulge.

I've had girlfriends who get (a little) turned on when seeing them in private

but

I think all of my past girlfriends would prefer not to see even mine (their bf's) in public and would ask me to wear loser pants if they could see it.

In my experience girls don't get turned on by seeing them.

I generally appreciate them on hot guys; George Bush's, however, holds little interest.

I've definitely noticed people I otherwise might have passed over if they were sporting a prominent bulge. Flat-front trousers all the way. Pleats are a massive turn-off, no matter how "discreet" they may be.
