I have the sling support speedo (light blue) but I had to cut the sling out. The speedo was a bit tight (a Medium) and with the sling, it made me uncomfortable.

I got it as a gift for representing a beach shop in liefguard model fudraiser for HIV and AIDS treatment. I am sure it I purchased a large one, the sling would work just fine.
