I have to voice my opinion on the matter of pe and gains. I've been doing pe for about 2 years took off a couple months in between. Within the ,2nd or 3rd week I noticed a much harder penis. Ive gained maybe .4 of an inch at best to my girth and when I took those months off I went right back to my normal girth before starting pe which means to me that in my experience pe gains are merely temporary. Now I don't believe a soul who says I gained an inch in a,year or less. All bullshit liars to me. I've put in hundreds of hours of pe never overdoing it and never under doing it. I'm young for a pe trainer and because of that I would most likely heal quicker then these 40 year olds preaching gains by the inch in a matter of months. The scam in pe to me are all of u preaching bullshit gain stories corrupting the minds of newbie pe trainers in believing that in months they could gain inches. About 6 years ago I read a post that gains come on average of about .2 of an inch a year and although my gains are not permanent yet anyways that sounds about right up to par with what Ive gained. Now if I research gains from pe at this very moment I find outrageous numbers and not one article stating the real truth about pe gains they seem to be hiding the truth nowadays.that's part of the scam too. They get well endowed men who haven't done a day of pe who preach gains by the inch. I find it hard to believe a 45 year old man gaining more then a 26 year old or younger. Conclusion: noone will ever convince me of major gains achieved in months rather then years. Gains take years to achieve also keeping in mind that since ur penis is NOT a muscle it won't heal as quick as muscle building and most muscle builders say it took roughly a year for them to see real gains and again that's muscle which repairs quite rapid compared to penile tissue. Anyone preaching inches of gain in a year or less ur not fooling me at all I just feel bad for the poor person who believes you to be true only to find out that in a year they have only gained .2 of an inch if that lol. Give ppl the truth and the truth is it takes substantial time to achieve anything. If men were taught the truth there wouldn't be many let downs.

you're also leaving out that some people's bodies are less accommodating to change (like hard gainers in bodybuilding/athletics) and that because of this their bodies may be less accommodating to the new dimensions they're working on getting.

So basically if I pack on 2 pounds of muscle per year that applies to every single man on this planet?

GTFO. Everyone is different. Are some stories, actually most, bullshit? Absolutely.

Can you grow your penis more than 1" in less than a year. I did it so therefore I believe it.

I think 1"-2" is the max. most will ever see. The stories of 4+" are probably marketing tools. In girth I suspect .5-1" is the max you'll see. Still .00001 is better than 0.

As is usually the case, "always" and "never" are never always true. The reality lies in the middle of the bell curve. While some might see big gains, that's at the outer ends of that bell curve. Some may see no gains at all, while most will see modest improvements.

One problem with reported gains is that many fail to wait for full recovery, and girth gains are too often swelling that will subside. This can takes several days or several weeks, depending upon age and how your body recovers. Personally, I gained between an eighth and a quarter inch girth, to 6-1/4" mid shaft, after several months of twice-weekly pumping. Immediately following this session, my girth was over 6-3/8". I'm waiting several more months, and will restart in the fall.

If what others say or claim does not affect your life - screw them. If you get all bent out of shape because some people bullshit, you are not taking full advantage of your life. I spent many years going full bore in PE and while I have a ton of girth, I gained very little length. I have lifted for over 35 years almost religiously, but though I am in great shape and health, people who have barely lifted have better "bodies" then I have managed. It is what it is.

Unless u can prove your gains I have no choice but to be skeptical.

Everyone seems to be thinking I'm bent out of shape or I'm whining or complaining but that's how u perceived my words not how I intended them to be so that's not my problem. I'm allowed to look at averages of gains from weight lifting rationalize in my head that bodybuilding achieves gains more rapidly than penile tissue so they both share a tear and rebuild state which requires healing correct? I'm one of the fastest healers I know in fact I heal so well that when I was jumped really bad some years back that everyone thought my face would be scared for life. Today u would've never known I was beat severely in the face. I can build muscle very fast too but its not a goal of mine so I could never follow through with a routine like I have disciplined myself for pe. So I'd imagine that all gains from any workout require healing.

I pump, and generally support the practice. But I haven't seen one instance of before/after photos to support claims of length gains in excess of an inch, let alone 2 or 3, that weren't Photoshopped fakes. I go back decades on this, so I find it hard to accept any claims of significant, permanent size gains from any form of non-surgical enlargement. We don't see legitimate doctors citing these methods as clinically proven effective. My own urologist, with whom I can discuss this stuff openly even said, "hey, if it worked, I'd do it..I'm a guy too".

When I remeasure in the fall, a full 6 months after my last sessions, I'll see if my modest girth gains are temporary or permanent.

I could give a flying fuck whether you believe it or not. I don't sell anything and could care less. All I am saying is your logic is flawed and immature.
Not quite sure if its as immature as your response but enough said

You`re downplaying a bit, but I agree, to achive 3+ you need years and years.
Just look at the top gainer of pegym

As I was saying, most "growth" stories on those sites are 100% bullshit. See those ads? Yeah, well they make the site money thus the mods engage in bullshit stories. Without proof, it doesn't exist. Hell even my claims should be take n with a grain of salt. I have seen no proof on those sites but I have witnessed tons of false and treacherous marketing gimmicks.

My point is: You can grow your penis a bit. If you are expecting to go from micro dick to porn star dick I wouldn't bother even starting. Ain't happening. Can you maximize what you have an add some length and girth? Yep. I know I did and i know how much time I had to put in for a little growth. To get to 3-4" you would need 6-10 hrs. a day and multiple techniques...if it's even possible for most.

That's why I always say the only single reliable way of getting permanent gains is to combine supplements, diet, complete lifestyle overhaul and exercises and/or pumping to see actual permanent gains. As in gains of a half inch or more that remain post PE. Exercises by themselves simply won't cut it as in lasting gains. You have to imitate the hormone levels during puberty as closely as possible via supplements and lifestyle overhaul (daily intermittent fasting, etc.) You also have to skyrocket your stem cell levels via Blue Green Algae and L-Citrulline. Gains of a half inch up to an inch lengthwise and 1/4th to 1 Half inch girthwise will be permanent if the lifestyle and diet changes are made permanent as well. But you have to make it your lifestyle for any gains to last.

A shit ton of foods people eat literally stiffen our penile tissues, so you have to completely eliminate that shit from your diet to see real lasting gains. I know for a fact that half inch up to one inch gains are very realistic from these methods. Combining them all together is the key. I know further gains are possible and will lay out my results once I get there.
