Hi, I am 23, uncircumcised sexually active gay men. I always use condoms for anal sex. I am top anal, vers oral.
Few months ago I had some little rash on head of my penis and I went to the doctor. He said that I have balanoposthitis and he gave me some creams. Everything was ok, until yesterday when I noted a little bump (ulcer) on my skin which is covered with foreskin. I have searched about it and it mostly tells that I have genital herpes. What do you think?
I will go to the doctor, but he doesn’t work now so I want to hear what you think.

Sounds like you already know that you need the advice of a doctor and that no one on this site is qualified to give you any real medical advice.

I don't think anyone could really even make a guess without seeing it and getting some more information. There are STDs that can cause ulcers, but you can also get physical injuries that could have a similar appearance. For example, its not uncommon to get abrasions if you are having vigorous sex or masturbation, and that could be more likely if there isn't enough lubrication.

If you are really interested in what people here thing then I would suggest posting a picture of it, but a doctors input is probably the only thing worth listening to.

Thank you very much. I am going to call my doctor in the morning and see when he has a time for me. I hope it is nothing special. I have extremly sensitive skin so it maybe be from mastrubation (I didn’t have sex in 3 weeks)

So I went to the doctor and basically nothing special. I don’t have STD, but I have balanitis erosiva which I have because of my low immune system. He prescribed me a fluid to threat it with. Everything is ok
