I think he's the weakest link in the show. Every time he trys to act "tough" I want to burst out laughing. When he's the bumbling fool character, fine, but otherwise, no.

I'd have to agree, but there seems to be alot of "light" actors in "heavy" roles, most of those guys on law & order, csi, closed case, numbers etc have a hard time selling "tough" . I mean really, i like scott foley but on the unit he has to be the most flagrantly miscast actor on tv. regina taylor is scarier than he is.
