I think that the funniest ones have already been quoted. Here is a less well-known one that GWB uttered in the course of his interview with Scott Pelley on Sixty Minutes a year ago (Jan. 14, 2008):
"You can't get elected unless at least fifty percent of the people who vote say we want you in office."
Alas, his interviewer lacked either the presence of mind or the balls to say, "But, Mr. President, by that standard, you were not elected in 2000."
