Caffeine's effects are extremely short lived so theoretically if the vasoconstricting effects "shrank" the penis, it would be far from permanant.....Also caffeine is broken down into 3 metabolites, 2 actually have a paradoxical effect of caffeine. For instance, caffeine may initially vasoconstrict but theobromine dilates blood vessels and is actually what makes you piss. Theophylline relaxes smooth muscles (also in blood vessels, etc).....so basically theoretically your penis would shrink and then actually increase in size

I have noticed this! After I drink an italian expresso, the shrink occurs quite quickly and lasts for an hour or two.
After around 4 hours it becomes difficult to get a hard erection.

Odd,

I drink Pepsi (and coffee in the morning) all the time and I have never had any problem. I get migraines, but only one in a VERY great while (due to stress of work). Never had any problems with the equipment though.

Your body has surely become tolerant to caffeine and therefore doesn't have the same reactions as people who don't drink much. You probably have no problem sleeping after drinking coffee or Pepsi, right?
I have 2 cups maximum of Italian expresso per day.

actually research recently has been pointing towards many benefits of caffeine.....its a cns stimulant that increases awakeness and mental acuity. Its also administered with many drugs to increase their effects.
