Did Bob Green, her first husband, really turn out to be gay? This is news to me, though I'm not doubting it. It would be poetic justice and especially funny to me if it were true. I used to joke with friends back in the day that I was going to go to Miami and seduce him in a motel room, and right as he reached his peak, have photographers pop out of the closet and record the event. Yee -haw! Course it didn't hurt that he was kinda hot, in a pious (no pun intended) Christian conservative sort of way. It would have been fun to deflower him.
I have looked all over the net, and found nothing more than speculation and rumors reported on various blogs. If anyone has anything more definitive, it would be interesting to see. The last I heard, he refused to acknowledge their divorce due to his Fundamentalist beliefs. Or maybe he just wanted to stay on the gravy train as long as it was still rolling? That train long ago ground to a screeching halt. Now that was poetic justice.
