Hey, how did you do the bullets?
Hold down the alt key and type 0149 on the number pad.

And hope to God you use Wintendo because that doesn't work so well on other OSes.
Another thing you can do, what I do, is keep a blank HTML file. This file should consist of
<html>
<head>
<title>insert ASCII art</title>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>
Whenever you want a character for a forum, open the file, put the ISO-Latin-1 encoding you want after the
tag.
Wikipedia also has all kinds of characters, for when a hacek or an ogonek is necessary.

Hmm, I'm sure glad I use a Mac. Perhaps it's just me, but it sure seems easier to just open the "Keycaps" application, and see which key combo I need.
DMW, I have to tell you about my language-abuse buttons. I think first and second grade teachers should be required to beat students for errors with its/it's, or their/there/they're.
P. S. As graduation neared, I had to squeeze in one more English elective. My schedule was, as usual, fairly heavy, and my required classes held fixed times. My choice was Composition II, or Modern Grammars for English majors and minors. I managed to sneak through registration with Modern Grammars, and actually came out of the class with a 100% grade. I credit my Mom, who always insisted that her children use correct grammar and speak clearly.
