I query the header. It seems to imply that an intact cock has had something done to it (being "un-cut") grossly. I guess if someone overdid foreskin restoration or did it badly you could achieve "a grossly uncut cock"but otherwise, an intact cock is just a cock, and as gymfresh pointed out, a few outliers are ugly* or beautiful* but most look pretty ordinary. I've only seen one cock that I would call ugly and it was cut. The head was oddly shaped and so disproportionate to the shaft that I was a bit taken back.
