Can an adult circumcision ever heal to look like it was cut at birth?

I want an American style cut - high and tight and two tone.

My problem is I'm now 30 and I'm not convinced the look I want is obtainable.

Is it possible for a circumcision to heal and end up looking like I described? Or will you always be able to tell?

Not sure I can properly answer the heart of your question but some thoughts to share.
There are all sorts of styles of circ in the US. Some are high & tight, low tight, high loose, low loose. Honestly I don't think too many pediatricians think about how it'll look when the patient is matured. They've got whatever tool they have laying on the table & however much skin presents to them when the patient is laid out. Some style tools can remove more than others. Point being you end up with all sorts of circ in the US.
Flesh tone is another thing. Some people, their flesh tone is darker & they end up with an obvious & stark line. Other men, not so obvious. I have to really search to see my cut line.
Then did the Dr. have the device on the penis straight, or was it lopsided. I notice a lot of cut lines are at an angle, like the device was crooked when the doc sliced.
Some cut lines are very clean, others very jagged like the knife was dull & the flesh was torn away from a partial cut. So, I suspect how sharp the cutting device is plays a role.
Then there is healing. That is person specific. Some people heal quickly & 'pretty', others seem to take longer to heal & leave an obvious scar. That is probably of most concern to your question & honestly that's a you question. If you get a cut how nicely does it heal? However as a 30 year old, if you don't like the result you can always see a plastic surgeon to address it. I'm sure an infant would never have that option. In fact - if I was you, I'd seek a plastic surgeon to do your circ as you are seeking a very specific end result. I doubt 90% of urologists would give you as nice a finish as a plastic surgeon would.
Best of luck in your journey. Hope I gave you some things to think about.

I would be happy with a scar and two tone dick.

My main worry is the the cut part of the shaft would always be red.
You can go to someone who does cosmetic circumcision. I went to one and it’s healing great.

I was also worried about the inner foreskin being bright red too, but in my case it has always been a light pink. I also opted for a low n tight to minimize the 2 tone look and. Not have so much bright red skins, but after seeing how the inner skin hasn’t been bright red, but pink, I might have opted for a high and tight.

I think it would take time, but I don't know how long (not a doctor, don't play one on TV). I've seen many guys who I can identify as having a circ later in life, but have no idea how long ago. Have you asked a surgeon about it? I'm sure they'd be able to tell you based on their experience.

Just be sure you know what you're asking for. High and tight can be hard to j/o without lube. I'm low and loose (still 2 toned) and can do it easily without lube, plenty of skin to move around. I personally wouldn't want the high and tight, but to each their own. I don't mind either on other people, and the look either way wouldn't bother me.

I managed to achieve it with mine. I went for a high cut and opted for skin glue which gives a very neat result and speeds up healing by around half.

This is entirely correct. I got mine cut after puberty, and I’m one of those light-skinned folks with darker genitals, so my dick is two-toned now. Darker at the base and partway up the shaft, then an abrupt shift to light skin again after the circ scar all the way to the head.

From my experience, some people may be able to have a non-noticeable or very faint scar, so in a way does resemble someone who is RIC. However, in terms of having a flared glans, it is only possible if you are cut before puberty. I am yet to see someone who is cut as an adult to have a truly flared glans.
