I believe he's 'Jimmy Slavich' (but he goes by a few other names .... 'Vlado Tomek', 'Ray Catler' etc).
The still is from bigdaddy / barebackattack .... where he goes by 'Ray' with scene partner 'Robbie Kasl' (credited as Tony).
