Actually, I meant what Dee assumed I meant--that is, guys whose actual dicks were SO large as to be routinely unmanageable and the source of frustration not pleasure.
But until you asked the question, I had not noticed that one could interpret my phrase "pathologically huge" to mean: huge in one's imagination only--i.e., the fictional giant penis made up by a guy who wanted one so badly he made it up and then believed in it himself. That would be pathological in the sense of mentally unbalanced, as some use the term nowadays.
