I was talking to a guy on Thundersplace that did hr long sets at low pressures. So I tried a couple of 45min sets at low pressure and I had a spongy dick for days.
The reason I got addicted to pumping was because after 1 30min set at pressures 5hg-15hg, the next day I would be around 6.5 girth and rock hard. That would last 2 days. My dick has refused to stay at that girth. I'm still about 6-6.1 w/o pumping. Pumping is temporary. You might see "permanent" gains in girth if you do it moderately over a verrrry long period of time. Again, every body is different. So do you think my actual gains that seem permanent came more from actual jelqing and manual stretching rather than pumping?
