im starting to think I need a doctor appointment.

Since Last year I haven't had a Rock hard erection. Im starting to worry because I'm not a huge guy so for me to only be getting about 75% of my erection sucks.

Even the pictures I have up are lacking.

What do you think could be the cause of this?

I workout and eat right. So im a little confused as to what the problem is.

I'm no doctor of course, but it might be Peyronie's disease, which I had for about a year, a long time ago. It was a very depressing time for me, because I do identify so much with my cock and getting stiff erections, enjoying sex, etc., but I eventually healed from it without doing anything other than some visualization therapy every night before sleep. I still have a tiny lingering amount of "damage" from that, but I've always been at about 99% of what I originally could achieve ever since.

I went to a urologist when it got to the point I could barely get 70% stiff, and he referred me to another doc.........who just happened to be one of the doctors who "invented" Viagra, funny enough. Anyhow he diagnosed it as Peyronie's, said there was likely nothing that could be done, but that in 40% of cases or so it would go away on its own, which I am so glad it did. Don't know if my visualization meditations helped or if it was just coincidental, but I know for a fact the mind has the power to do unbelievable things to the body if you master yourself.

Do you have any bending going on, curvature that wasn't there before? Any point along the shaft where you feel pain, or where it feels like the blood flow is being obstructed/slowed down there?

If you have none of those symptoms, I would have to ask are you living healthy? Keep stress down, get proper sleep, good nutrition (that's a can of worms!), exercise and/or keep active throughout the day, don't smoke or do drugs, minimize exposure to toxins and other loads on your immune system...

EDIT: I skimmed over that you say you "workout and eat right"; give more detail as to what that entails if you could?

O I hope not. Maybe I think to much ,however I can't even jerk to a full one anymore. Maybe a month of no sexual activity will help?

Unless it normally takes you weeks of abstinence to get full erections, waiting a month isn't likely to help. If you can't get fully erect even masturbating all alone, I am pretty sure this is physiological and not mental.

Stay the hell away from processed foods, and eat primarily vegetables (preferably organic), legumes and proteins like meats and eggs, again preferably the least processed as possible. That's it- stay away from all refined sugars, eat fruits sparingly, drink lots of water all day (preferably that's been through a reverse osmosis filter). Salt, saturated fat and cholesterol are all irrelevant, it's sugar that's the real culprit, those other things are scapegoats. Yes, I can back that up. Switching to this "low carb" type of diet did wonders for my body and even my moods, my personality. Carbs are the real reasons us Americans are sick as dogs, obese, and addicted to shitty food.........refined sugar is proven to be more addictive than cocaine, and believe me, eating garbage food on a regular basis WILL adversely affect your sex drive, it did mine when I was completely off the wagon. When I started eating healthy again, my sex drive tripled.

Keep your cell phone away from your body whenever you can, especially don't keep it in a front pocket unless it's in airplane mode. It's been proven to lower sperm count and mess with your T levels. Most people aren't aware the latest iPhone's user manuals even clearly state they're not meant to be kept closer than a few millimeters from your skin- that means in your pocket. Tons of studies by EXPERTS I could refer to on this topic that prove heavy exposure to the chaotic EM patterns will ruin your health, but that's another story. Just keep the damn thing away from your body as often as you can, a few feet away is good due to the inverse square law. Along these lines don't put a laptop on your lap. For phone if you use a bluetooth device or earpiece, switch to earphones that don't have any transmitters, like the kind that purely transmit sound through a rubber tube. Worst case, just limit your exposures by these means to as little as possible.

Switch off of toxic personal care products, go natural as much as possible, do the research, it's not that hard to find. I use baking soda for underarm deodorant, it does just fine. Non-fluorinated toothpaste. Don't get fucking vaccines. All of this shit might sound nuts to you, but I've done the research and I'm a hardcore skeptic, just awake enough to open my eyes when fuck-tons of evidence is laid out before me by parties that don't have a conflict of interest. If you want references to any of these claims of mine I'd be happy to provide plenty.

Visualization- if you end up going to a doctor and finding out what it is, spend some time each day imagining your body repairing the damage, and I mean literally imagine it happening on a molecular level, picture it happening. It's been long known that thinking about something like that makes it start to happen or helps it along, and it somehow seemed to work for my Peyronie's. Can't hurt.

Lastly, consider starting a jelqing routine. I did it for awhile last year and it did WONDERS for my overall penile health. Longer-lasting stiffer erections, tougher cock overall so I could literally fuck for hours and even though my cock felt very raw, it would heal super fast and I was rearing for more in no time. Plenty of other nice side benefits.

Maybe. At 21 I should be getting rock hard ones. Not hotdog soft ones.

Exactly. For SURE at your age it should take you no more than a day to fully recover your sex drive and concurrent stiff erection.

I would recommend a trip to your doctor as soon as possible. I know it'll be embarrassing for all those people who will end up knowing about it, and who the hell wants some stranger down there feeling up your cock, but this is extremely important to you I imagine, don't put it off. Get to a doctor, a urologist, and make some of those changes I recommended if you think any of them are relevant to you.

Thanks for all the input. Definitely gonna do that.

Things that prevent me getting rock hard boners are:

-Too much coffee
-Too much fatty food
-Stress
-Fatigue

If any of the above are part of your lifestyle, try removing them from it.

given your other posts i chalk it up to stress. a telling sign would probably be is if your morning wood is rock hard but youre only getting semis the rest of the time

I have to agree. But see a doctor too. And I would make that a male doctor, unless you get off discussing this with a female, because the will probably make a thorough exam of your genitals and prostate. It can be embarrassing but docs are accustomed to this sort of thing so don't let it bother you.

Number of causes:

- Psychological, and not due to depression or mental illness per se.
- Do you have hyper/hypotension?
- Are you diabetic?
- Are you on medication?
