Use IDM(Internet download manager) , it can download any video, it has 30 day free trial

I tried with some other download program but it wont work unless i get the video to a mp4. i don‘t know how to do that.

The link i posted is the link to the site with the video but if i want to download it, it needs to be just the video. I can‘t get it like that. any ideas?
