I suffer awful insomnia.
With me, I assume it's partially my living situation, and partially the fallout of working nights the past decade.
One thing I find generally works for me is watching porn. Bad porn. Not porn with any models I'd be attracted to (and thus aroused by). Just generic bad porn. I think it's the...ummm....repetitious rhythm of it that has a drowsing effect on me.
