Hi guys, i've thinking of asking this question for a while and i finally caught some courage and here it goes.
I'm 21 and my weight is 130kg/286 (which is really unhealthy, i know)
My question is, due to my age and my weight will my penis grow in the future because it's really small right now.

Yes - definitely. I once lost about 25 pounds and gained 1/2 - 3/4 inch in length. I ended up at what I consider my perfect weight. So if I had lost more, it wouldn't have made any more difference. But I would guess that the more overweight you are, the more length you are likely to gain with significant weight loss.

If you have a large fat pad at your lower ab area and are able to loose some of it along with some general weight loss you may see some length gain in your penis. In general by your age most natural growth has stopped. To answer your main question yes weight does effect the viewable penis size as it hides some of the penis within the body.

Your penis will not grow. I can not imagine it has any relation to weight. But your penis' optics certainly will change. It is not for nothing skinny dudes sport the biggest looking ones.

Can't add more to all that's been said so far...
I would say that if your fat pad is "fat", losing that will make your cock bigger, not just optically, but by the measuring tape. No, you won't have "grown" in length, but the measurable length will be greater.

Like some others have said, no it won't grow, but it will be more visible due to less of a fat pad. If you measure non bone pressed now, and then lose a lot of weight and measure the same way then your penis will appear larger. It hasn't grown, its just not being covered up. If you measure bone pressed today, and then lose a lot of weight and use the same method to measure then your measurement will be about the same, maybe very slightly larger because you are compressing less tissue between the ruler and your pelvis.

If your weight is causing any kind of circulation problems then you could also experience something that seems like growth through weight loss. If you have a restriction of circulation now, and losing weight resolves that, then blood flow to your penis may increase as a result. It technically won't be larger, it will just be closer to 100% of its potential size.

As other stated, losing weight and fat around your groin and abdomen will reveal more of your cock and make it appear longer. Good luck, let us know how U do.

Hehe, yes, I think I read somewhere that every forty extra pounds can hide an inch of dick(fat pad-wise, I suppose)....although that is probably not an exact science, lol. If someone loses 300 lbs I dont think they could guarantee 7.5 more inches of
Dick if it wasnt there to begin with...

Yep it does dramatically.

I’m Muscular and having muscle affects my blood flow.

When u have a lot of muscle the muscle competes for blood flow with the penis.

This is why skinny guys get bigger erections... there isn’t any extra muscle for the heart to hide blood into so the penis gets all the blood flow. Now I’m not talking about ripped guys I’m talking about men with massive muscular bodies.

When you are fat your arterial blood flow gets worse making the penis smaller; also body fat produces estrogen in its fat cells and this estrogen in the blood stream also shrinks your dick.

If you could get lean your dick would be much bigger.

Hehe that sounds a little too much :D

The penis gets all the blood flow :D, the dick would explode :p

( I’m saying this in a humorous way, it’s not criticism;) )

Yes, lose the fat pad, more for your overall health and a longer penis is only a side benefit. Lot of guys do Penis Exercises (PE) for both girth gains and length gains. I've gained over an inch of real girth, but because of my good girth it negatively affected my ability to gain length. Many have gained over an inch of length through exercise.
