From a womans perspective (and only my own&#33, I can take quite a bit of girth vaginally. I can't imagine taking that much in the anus although I don't like anal penetration no matter how thin.

Well, in my personal experience, I've never had trouble taking a big cock up my ass. In fact, the most painful anal sex I've received has been with a small dick.
