Can you capture streaming content from a website like brandonlongwood.com?

Does anyone have the capability to capture streaming video? There are some great vids on brandonlongwood.com, but they're all streaming. I have DownloadHelper for Firefox, but it only captures a few sites. Years ago I had a program called WMRecorder that worked okay, but I don't know if it works now with flash video.

If anyone can tell me how to do it I'd post some of the vids here. I've never seen his work, but it looks like it's going to be good stuff. Or if someone's willing to capture it and upload it here, I will give up my password if you've been a good contributor to the site.

Thanks, but my dumbass just didn't see the download links! I couldn't find a spot to delete my post. I'll keep that in mind for the future though. I'll try to get some scenes up this week.

Download helper works just fine for me. I have recorded streaming .flv files of over an hour in length with no problem.
