When you say second sphincter are you talking about the inner sphincter or the sigmoid colon bend which some guys refer to as a second sphincter? Because yes the top can feel both but the feeling is completely different. The inner sphincter you fell it on your way in but the sigmoid colon bend is harder to open up , but when it does it's like hitting free space.
