Can anyone recommend a good prostate massager / vibrator. Years ago I purchased the anal invader and you have to lay on your back or side, insert it and move it in. It is sort of like using a vibrating dildo but with a much smaller circumfrence. But because of its design I can't sit at the computer and use it.
