Actually, I had a conversation about this with some friends and I was the only one who could piss with a boner painlessly. Apparently for some people this hurts. There were girls present who were kind of wierded out, lol

Not a good idea to bend it much anyway - if it starts to hurt, stop pushing it down. Nor do you have too, you're pee will just go up, like a fountain.

My boner points almost vertical and I can pee easily with it, though the flow is not as strong as when soft. Aiming into a toilet is very difficult though it is doable - you just have to be really careful - like adding a quart of oil to your car without a funnel. What sucks is when you get the trajectory just right, then, when you are nearly finished and give it those last few squirts, those usually come out much stronger, throwing your aim off big time.

Peeiing with a boner is best done outdoors, into a urinal, or into a shower.

I would suspect, but have no evidence, that if you can urinate while completely hard you are probably at a higher risk for retrograde ejaculation or seeding of bacteria to the prostate thru the urethra.

I've actually seen such a urinal! It was in a staduim restroom. I walked into this huge room with only two little stalls off to one side and I'm like, "You've got to be kidding me," but then I looked closer and I realised that there was water running down the walls! I've been doing this all my life, it's no great feat, I wake up on occasion in the AM and the hard on is baseball bat hard. And from the moment my eyes open, I have to head straight to the bathroom. I pull down on my hard on a little and get it as parallel to the horizon as it will go, then with my arms fully extended to the wall in front of me and feet all the way back to the base of the wall behind me, I reduce the angle and aim into the toilet. Never missed yet, but the urine can splash around the porcelain and I do clean that up. As for the stream, a full bladder, no problem, the pee flows freely.
