After I had brachytherapy to irradiate adenomas in my prostate, I had some strange problems with working up any kind of ejaculate. My urologist said it was common for all kinds of prostate cancer treatment to cause "dry" orgasms. Some procedures are worse than others. But after 9 months of the original brachytherapy I started to shoot a decent small load. Prior to that, it seemed my urethra was clogged about halfway down my dick and, although I'd have perfectly pleasurable and normal orgasms, the ejaculate would somehow get stuck on the way out. It would eventually all leak slowly out the end of my dick, but it took a while.
It's been three years now and I'm back to normal as far as load of ejaculate and having normal orgasms. Although I've never had my ejaculate checked for a sperm count, it looks, squirts, makes a mess and tastes as it used to before the procedure. But it took about two years until I was no longer worrying about it.
Check with your urologist about "dry orgasms" and ask if there is anything you can add to your diet to help develop a larger reservoir of ejaculate, even if it won't be the same consistency as before. I chug down a bunch of fresh aloe vera (grows like a weed on my terrace) in a fruit smoothie every day that contains plain soy milk. Don't know if that's helping me with being able to shoot a big messy load, but I'm sure it isn't hurting anything. I also make it a point to drink a lot of water.
