Many, MANY moons ago I read a story called, I think, "Giving Way", about a young bodybuilder having to get fucked by a score of huge cocks to make it into some kind of training program, the last mega-cock belonging to a bodybuilder-idol of his (named Brady Canton, maybe?), The author's name was Rhino-something (or the other way around), I seem to recall.
