Can't Remember Name of Movie

Several years ago I saw a movie on HBO about a bunch of teenagers doing typical teenager stuff. The end of the movie had a scene were two of the boys were going to sleep together and then one of them was abducted by a ridiculous alien. Does anyone remember seeing this movie? I've been trying to figure out the name of it for a couple of hours now and can't.

That doesn't fit his description exactly, but is a very good (and very under-rated) film worth anyone's time. (It can be a little close to home for abuse survivors, however.)

The description of the synopsis does puzzle me, and I still am at a loss as to just what it was.

I do remember that the movie was hallucinatory and confusing, very colorful and violent (in a slasher-movie kind of way.)

Typical teenage stuff? (Think Donnie Darko on ecstacy.)

well, it wasn't mysterious skin. Maybe I'm imagining things but I recall two guys crawling in bed together and as they are about to kiss, one of them crawls out of a window and is attacked by some sort of big alien. Maybe I dreamed it and I should write a movie script.

Even if you weren't dreaming and did see it on HBO, write the script anyway. By the time it gets into production, the new executive you're pitching won't have any memory of any HBO movies and will think it's entirely new. We're in an era where you can get rich endlessly recycling story ideas. I guess it's good for the environment...

I love bad cinema! Gregg Araki has also done The Doom Generation and Splendor..which I couldn't find a trailer for. It's about a chick that ends up dating two guys and they form a "Bizarre Love Triangle."
