cant seem to stick to a routine..

Man...
I havent pe'd in like two months!!
I was doing great..but then fell off..
I work loooong hours.. and when I get home, I hit the gym.. when I get back from that.. its sex sex sex...
any advice on how to squeeze in PE to a busy schedual?

I misread that and was prepared to be very upset for you and your gf... :rolleyes:

I think it is like any exercise (mental included, or practice towards an improvement or a new skill) that a person may want to fit into their lives - if you want it, you make room for it.

Not helpful, I know - but when have I ever been helpful? :smile:

wouldn't give up the work, gym, or sex ...

only option left is to awaken one or two hours earlier for the PE


or, move the sex to before work, and the PE after the gym

You can do a complete routine in much less than one hour. I used to do mine on my lunch breaks.

The morning would probably be your best bet, or if possible before sex? Hell, getting laid after a PE workout would probably help cement any gains haha.

I don't think PE should interfere with your sex life. If you're doing a marathon sex session and you're exhausted, just postpone your workout for when you're refreshed. After all, what's the end result of PE for ;)
