War on drugs, ha. What a waste of money!
This sort of thing isn't new, I recall some cities banned mini rose vases in the 90s because people used them to smoke crack.

I don't remember that; but I do remember when Mc Donald's changed their white plastic coffee stirrer. It used to have a tiny spoon at the end, but people used it for snorting coke. So they switched to a flat rectangle shape on the end of the stirrer.

They will import the bags just as they import the drugs, so stupid. They could also move up to a 3 inch bag instead of a 2 inch bag, pfft..thats a ridiculous way to fight the war on drugs. I am totally against everything about illegal narcotics, but that is just downright silly. 1,500 bucks for being caught with them? I use dozens of them EVERYDAY at work! (They hold washers and nuts real easy, and you can mark them and tape them to the job you are working on if you have to stop for some reason. They also cover up ends of wires good if you are working in the rain, just tape the bottom up. More liberal fascism trying to control EVERY damn aspect of our lives...pretty sad when it gets to that point. I can even understand banning fat people from restaurants...they need to take care of themselves. But 1500 dollars for a plastic bag? Pfft, Id like to see them TRY that shit with me!

Hey, this liberal doesn't do street drugs. I guess it is Conservatism that wants less control of our lives. (Especially when it comes to religion, huh?)

I've long since stopped using dollar bills and mirrors for the same reason.

I think they ought to ban axe spray cans and redi-whip in aerosol cans too then.

This conservative/libertarian (and agnostic) learned to cut the corners off of Hefty sandwich bags with a pair of scissors some time ago. Looks like your stereotypes need some reassessment.
