Yes, definitely. In almost all photos of the “twins” their images never layer on top of each other. Just in this one there is a little layering and you can zoom in an see the details from cutting the image.

It's the same guy. One version with messy hair, the other one with somewhat styled hair or a cap/hat.

It's still fishy though. I'm looking at his stubble and shadows, and they're always apart.
