- sdbg,
In the mid '90s, a mountain bike accident trashed my knee and I could no longer run. I got fat and developed problems getting hard and getting off. I thought that decline in sexual performance was an inevitable part of getting older. A good friend told me cardio and losing weight would help, and if I couldn't run, get a decent bicycle and ride. I bought a road bike to commute to work instead of driving. My average miles was about 100 per week. I dropped 65 pounds in 7 months, and noticed that I had better erections and it was easy to get off like in the past. Cardio must be a part of our lifestyle if we want quality of life.
