Cost of doing business.
Shit I have paid for meals for male and female friends just because we're friends, why the hell would I care about doing it on a whim with a female if it could lead to a relationship?
i think you're missing the point. the point is a guy takes a girl out to dinner in hopes of love and romance. yet most women admit they just want the free meal.
if that doesn't ring of inauthenticity and manipulation, then i don't know what to tell you.
I like to see a woman pay for the date for once. Because they're equal now. They out earn most men now.
Too many people today want to be victims.

i love this, i agree. but nobody will buy it. women like being portrayed as victims.
Yikes guys. Gross stereotype and generalizations aside...
...it’s simple market forces. Their demand is high. Pay for the meal if you ask them out. If they ask you out then you can reasonably ask them to pay
just curious how a cited clinical study is considered "gross" and a "generalization." if anything it's actually the opposite of your claim. they carefully studied and surveyed women on this and women responded.

yeah. i live in california, this kind of behavior is pretty common. women just want a free meal primarily. some kind of authentic meaningful connection is secondary to a cool plate they can post on instagram for their friends to see.
Why is this just something for men to be aware of ?
Accused serial 'dine-and-dash' dater could face up to 13 years in prison

maybe you didn't read my original post. I cite an article that studies and interviews over 33% of women admit to going on dates with men just for the free food.
Maybe you can start a separate thread about your one guy? Just a thought.
