I wanted to update you with some important information. As many of you know I'm working very hard to build the brightest possible future for LPSG. A big part of that is making sure LPSG follows all laws. That said I've been in discussions with our Lawyers regarding how to handle certain performer situations and per their advice, there are a few things I want to update you on.

Two big things that I discussed with the lawyer and received clarity on.

#1 Users Asking People to Share Content.
This is allowed. There is nothing illegal about this and for those interested in law, it falls under Section 230 immunity. The same goes for threads that discuss a performer. Discussing a performer is perfectly fine. There is nothing they can do about it (of course unless you start making attacking false comments about them).

#2 Users Offering to Share Content
Offering to share content that isn't theirs and infringes on a performer or studio's copyright is not allowed. I've seen a number of posts lately that look like this "Hey everyone I have 5gig of content of Mr. LPSG hit me up and I'll send you the link" That type of stuff is not allowed. We must issue harsh warnings to anyone who posts anything like this moving forward.

What you guys do in private is fine and out of our control. It's the public posts that we must be careful of.
