Do you think maybe he was struggling because he was already chocking, its not clear on the video exactly when he put something in his mouth. Could he have already been dead to long before parametics got the bag out of his throat. They didn't pronounce him dead until they got to the hospital by what I read. My point is nobody deserves to die, just because they do something stupid, but plenty of people do die because they do something stupid. And stupid laws can cause people to die, just like the lack of smart laws can cause people to die.

Does someone who has unprotected sex and contacts a fatal virus, deserve to die because they "did something stupid." Certainly there's no law against having unprotected sex, so it's legal. So you can do something the law doesn't forbid, that you don't think isn't stupid, but the law of averages may not be on your side, and you can die.

The impetus for Dustin Michaels to swallow the plastic bag was to keep from going to jail, or pay a fine for possessing ground up leaves of weeds. The law against those ground up leaves motivated him to protect himself from the consequences of breaking the law. He didn't consider that he'd choke to death on the bags, just like no one considers they'll collect a virus from a cock or a pussy.

If there were no viruses hosted by the blood, then sex would be safe. If there were no laws against possessing leaves in a plastic bag, I doubt very seriously that Dustin Michaels would have been motivated to swallow them.
