The original question was asked four years ago. I can't be arsed to go through all the posts, but I'm guessing it wasn't big on the female fantasy list. But I am a little crazy. I do know where to get a pattern to knit a wang warmer for Ronin should he visit me in winter.

I don't judge others for being into the whole dom-sub, sado-maso thing, but personally my sexuality can't go there.
I like when a woman is demanding in bed, not because of dom-sub overtones, but because she is letting me know that she has needs and that I can fulfill them. That's as far as it goes for me.
Unfortunately, there are parts of the world where women have their clits surgically removed, and often have their genitals mutilated in other ways.
However, I don't think much of the negative reaction here is from people perpetuating traditional sexist attitudes about male domination. I'm sure many who complained are equally or more repulsed by all the female genital mutilation that happens in the world.
Personally, I'm much more offended by the large amount of female genital mutilation that actually happens than one person's fantasy about castration that almost certainly won't happen.
Oddly enough, there's a category of Japanese sex comics that involves various forms of permanent mutilation, including the removal of body parts.
Personally, that stuff is very much not my cup of tea, but perhaps you might find it interesting? Maybe not. From what I've seen, most of it involves the mutilation of women, but given how varied the Japanese comic book industry is, I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere out there is at least a few sex comics covering this specific fantasy of yours.
Since you're clearly not interested in actually acting out this fantasy, would that kind of thing help?
If not, I'm almost certain there is some kind of text-based porn that covers fantasies like this. The text-based stuff seems to cover every kink imaginable. There's even a whole category of werewolf sex novels at Amazon, and from what I understand, a lot of the readers are women.
I haven't read all the posts so pardon me if I say something that has already been said. The first thing that comes to mind is that a fantasy is a fantasy and I hope that people can find ways to play out their fantasies.
However, it also goes through my mind that sometimes fantasies are gateways to far more deviant things in terms of experimentation. For example, a serial killer fantasizes about controlling his pets (because his parents badly control him). Then starts beating up his pets. Then fantasizes about killing them, then does it... then fantasizes about killing people... then eventually turns the fantasy into reality.
Not saying that is the case here or trying to say they are the same... I'm just saying that such fantasies that involve exchanges of power (consensual or not) need to be carried out by totally sane and maintained by people that know where the fantasy needs to end. IMHO it is more important to understand the psychology of why you want to explore a power-play/power-exchange fantasy than it is for you to actually explore it or even ponder it.

As disturbing as I find any kind of permanent mutilation fantasy, snuff is far more disturbing to me, and there's plenty of porn about that out there as well.
To each their own. I've been sexually assaulted, and I occasionally read porn that involves men being actually raped by women, and I get off on it. I would never want to act this out with a partner (would remind me too much of the assault), but sometimes the male rape porn turns me on. I'm so weird.
