Thanks all. Been grate to hear that others have worked through this. May be a good idea to get him to come swimming or to the gym.
I think its just me it would of be fine if he just came in to the bathroom rather than open the window and wait.
He hasn't brought it up again we are still getting along all right.

All my guy friends are straight, yet all of us are fine with being seen naked skinny dipping in the pool, in the shower, or when changing. Even though they know I'm gay, they know that I'm respectful and would never violate their space.
