I have to agree with what everyone has said here. Just ask yourself how you would like someone monitoring everything you do on-line. It's a total breach of trust and invasion of privacy. Hell, I'm straight and I've watched all kinds of porn on-line imcluding gay and bi - so what! I'm sure that gay guys have watched straight porn on-line as well.
Stop doing what you're doing before this guy finds out. If someone was doing that to me, I would be so pissed off that I would never speak to them again.

I use the same type of software to help my family members and friends with their computers (I'm no IT guy, but geez, some of them can't turn the thing ON...). Hard and fast rule: Never, ever, ever connect to their computer without (a) securing their permission every single time, which necessitates (b) notifying them beforehand that you're going to do it and what you intend to do. ("Ok, I'm going to connect to your computer now so I can figure out why you're stuck, is that all right? It is? Ok, I'm connecting. Now, see me moving around in here? You do? Ok, now we're going to open Microsoft Word....".
They've trusted me with access to a very personal space; I don't abuse their trust.
Thats a really shitty thing to do to him - you gained his trust by offering to help him out and you have totally abused that power. You may get some sort of thrill from knowing what your girlfriends brother looks at online, but that really isn't cool to spy on someone and invade their privacy to such a degree. The moral thing to do would be to never connect to his computer again, but I have a feeling you wont do that...
It might be hard to hear all this criticism - but if possible take it on board, move on and just don't do it again.
