I only know of one place on 23rd street. Is the place Rub BBQ?
I didn't know that they had a private area...but the food is awesome!
Upstairs is so loud that I don't go there anymore to eat in...impossible
to even talk to your dinner partner! I now only get takeout there.

If this is the place, is the downstairs area soundproof from all that
terrible noise upstairs....I sure hope so!

Since I'm from the South, I don't really consider it a real BBQ place. About the only thing BBQ about Dallas BBQ, is in it's name.

But, the food is good and tasty and plentiful, and the service is good. Btw, they do have some real good specials.
