You don't 'enter' the cervix. The cervix is the connection to the uterus from the vagina and it's on the front side, and remains way too small for a penis at all times except for during childbirth. You can go past the cervix, and rub against the posterior fornix (the part right after the cervix) or push at the end of the vaginal canal (which isn't a hard ending, rather it will stretch everything when you push in to it, like poking the bottom of a balloon from the inside.)
