you can not tell who's "packing" by the sight of bulge/no bulge, tall or short...some of the short, skinny guys are the ones with the big package and those 6'5" plus guys might be about 6"...alot of guys on this site don't seem to be very knowledgeable about the male penis size...a teeny weeny when flaccid can grow to be a whopper and the one that looks like it would grow to be huge when erect may stay the same length and get just a little thick, sometimes not very hard at all
