I thought this post was worth a thread of it's own.

How should a collective group respond to change?
How do you respond to change?

    Fight it?
    Succumb to it?
    Try to direct it?

Gillette, totally agree this is an interesting thread topic but please forgive me for being flip for my immediate response was...."Storm the Bastille!".
Okay, got that out of my system....now onto more intelligent responses.

On a case by case basis. I don't fear change, and often I embrace it. I prefer to be the one who actually initiates it, but that is not always the case.

As a group, change is usually dealt with according to the wills of the lowest common denominator. That is the root of mob mentality.
