Fun fact:
Charles Manson never actually killed anybody.
It's true. Look it up.
He probably told people to do it.... But, he didn't do any of it.
Also, some of the folks he allegedly told to do these things had college educations.
Nobody was being held at gunpoint to do these things, either.
Manson was undeniably a career criminal.
And, there really wasn't much to indicate he was going to walk the straight and narrow anytime soon.
To be clear, I'm not a fan or supporter of the man or his crew.
But, to go on about what a monster he was, etc, & how he should've suffered,....
A bit myopic.

I'm very aware he was seen as the leader of his "family".

Fun fact from Wikipedia...Manson wasn't sent to prison for murder he was sent to prison for conspiracy to commit murder.
