Have you ever been in right at the edge of climaxing from jerking off, what is to be a pleasurable experience, and then a non pleasurable intense sensation of a charlie horse is triggered?

This has happened about 15 times or so in my life, it occurs behind my left calve muscle.

Not sure what Charlie Horse is (thought it was a porn star tbh) but I have had this when I was younger. I would get a muscle spasm/cramp in my right calf. This is due to the different muscle contractions, toe curling etc that happen when masturbating.

I believe you can take something (potassium I think or some other mineral) to make them less frequent or if you exercise I think that also reduces how frequent they are. I haven't had one in years.

But I never had them hurt the next day, it would just a very brief spasm for a few seconds then go back to normal. You should see a doctor if you're worried.
